  1. This book could be great for some, but I was not too interested in most recipes. A lot of things I do not eat in the first place, and indeed, most of the others did not sound very good. Have already passed on. Rating: 3 / 5

  2. I am using this book for some months and I (and all those I have cooked for) loves it! I find the recipes easy to follow and everything I’ve tried so far has worked really well and looks like the pictures in the book. I cook the recipes often and I’m losing weight and feel very healthy. There are many recipes to try, but some of my favorites are Beef Chili, Fish Alaska, Indian Butter Chicken, Beef Macaroni. And then there are the desserts and baked goods! No one believes that they are eating a low-fat baked cheesecake tastes like awesome! I recommend you try it! beautiful photos – definitely money well spent and worth 5 stars! Rating: 5 / 5

  3. I had this book for a week, have made five recipes from it and were satisfied with each and everyone. It seems Ken and I are always on a type of diet or another. We put on weight we want to go off the diet, because we like eating porridge and, even if you put fruit in it, not tagliato.Ho a zillion cookbooks and let’s face it, the fat just makes it easy to taste good food. But you can have a good tasting low fat meal. We did it. There are other cookbooks out there that will help you along the way to the taste of a good low-fat meal, but most of them have a few duds in them. You know, cook a meal a couple, then you end up with someone who knows a bit ‘as a dirty cloth. Not so here. All five recipes I tire did the trick. How to eat in a fancy restaurant in home.and ‘hard to believe that some of these recipes are actually low in fat, but they are. Again, this book opens with some nice tips for healthy eating Annette, but all the tips and advice in the world will not help if the meals uncut. These meals do.
