monday - arms, chest, shoulders
tuesday - abs, butt
wednesday - legs, calves
thursday - arms, chest, shoulders
fridau - abs, butt
make sure every work you do is intense; you may want to do some research and plan your workout - it&#039;s very helpful, because instead of trying to figure out what workout you want to do next, you&#039;ll already know!</description>
