how the fuck is this a “nutrition” tip if half the vid talks about working schedule? I searched for “bulking nutrition” and i got this?
damn babe u r hot. please have my children
No he’s not, there are multiple ways to bulk up, you should try out different numbers of sets and repetition ranges and see what works best for you. Also changing number of sets and rep range from time to time can be beneficial.
actually you can do abs everyday, your abs and legs are super strong and repair themselves quickly because you use them the most all day anyways, so you can run and do abs everyday
@Macroheart as this video shows if your trying to bulk up you should only be working out 3 times a week lifting heavy weight. Another problem is that you workout your abs every workout, abs are like every other muscle they need time to rest. If you wanna bulk up you should be working each individual muscle only once a week giving them plenty of time to rest because that’s when your muscles grow stronger. Also note that you wont see any results if you are doing the same exercises week after week.
@macroheart
Try doing Your triceps with your chest
@theman10069 i’m not, i’m trying to use the mass stack to gain/maintain muscle while i diet, no cheating
if u are tryin to bulk up then ur workout sucks bro
i do this
monday – bi’s and tri’s
tuesday – shoulders, back, lats
wednesday – OFF
thursday – chest
friday – OFF
saturday – mixed workout
sunday – legs and abs
I combine abs with every workout but i focus on them with higher intensity and duration on sunday, i’m using BSN’s mass stack right now
I find compound exercises are more efficient to gain mass than pull ups or curls etc. Compound exercises train mutliple muscles in the body per exercise. Compound exercises include benchpress, squat, deadlift and military press. Compound exercises release more essential holmones than other exercises. I would recommend training 3 days a week to give your muscles plenty of time to recover and replenish. I would also recommend consuming high protein and high carb meals.
@MikeyGuy7 you dont need to work out 5 days a week…thats your preference…cuz if your doing free weight exercises like squats for your legs…that would be a compound exercise therefore it would primarily be workn ur legs…but your but and abs would also get worked out too…u dont kkno what ur talkn about
definately avoid concentration exercises if youre looking to bulk
At least 1 min-even 2 min
look up HST
Question for Mikeyguy7. Out of curiousity why do you work out your arms, chest and shoulders twice in a week?
noooo
this works..but you do want to work out at least 5 days a week…
this is what i do -
monday – arms, chest, shoulders
tuesday – abs, butt
wednesday – legs, calves
thursday – arms, chest, shoulders
fridau – abs, butt
make sure every work you do is intense; you may want to do some research and plan your workout – it’s very helpful, because instead of trying to figure out what workout you want to do next, you’ll already know!
no man that not the way…i’ve tried it…doesnt work for me
Marumize, she never said that, did you even listen? Cock
my gym instructor has told me to be doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps, with a weight where i can get to 12 reps on the first set, im trying to bulk up, is my gym instructor giving me the wrong information?
BULL SHIT!
You dont even know the basics of bulking…working all your muscles in one session is NOT eficient when your trying to get maximum muscle mass!
