Geckos, like many other reptiles are insectivorous. This means that their main food consists of insects. Many pet stores that sell geckos will also conduct a series of crickets, superworms, mealworms and silkworms and all these meals are suitable for this lizard. However, as a gift, especially for spawning and breeding adult females, it is recommended to provide a pinky mouse that is only a few days. Waxworms may be an option, but should not give them to your gecko very often, because they are very fattening and addictive for your geckos. Frequent feeding of waxworms is a big NO NO. Leopard Gecko feeding schedule will depend on its size. Juveniles growing need for more food than adults. Provide food for the children every single day, and adults, feed them every other day. The body converts them into glucose for energy or stores them as fat. A car uses gas for the energy we use glucose! Eating a healthy balance of foods that contain carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and every day will help the level of glucose in the blood to remain in balance and keep the weight where you want it to be. Today, most are required to accept as a fact that &#8220;to be healthy,&#8221; a well balanced diet is necessary. They want what is best for their live. Healthy foods are an important aspect, because a healthy diet is important for good health. There are lots of reasons to eat healthy foods, here are some examples: For the energy and vitality to grow at a healthy Livet rateTo help keep levels of blood sugar or glucose in balance, not too high or control controlTo too lowFor weight of fat in the blood and prevent heart diseaseTo keep the body working properlyTo help the body avoid other health problems caused by poor nutrition diabetesGood is an important part of healthy foods. Many causes of disease are linked to poor nutrition, including heart disease, diabetes, overweight and obesity, hypertension, osteoporosis and some cancers. Poor nutrition can also impact the lives day by day to affect the concentration and work performance. For children, a poor diet can have a significant effect on growth and development. People who want to follow a healthy eating plan should try to: Increase the amount of fruit and vegetables consumed as part of a diet every day. Buy fresh produce in season for the best prices. Select canned fruits and vegetables, as a convenient way to include more produce in the diet. Look for canned fruit in syrup or natural juices. For vegetables, choose &#8220;no salt added&#8221; versions if the intake of sodium is a concern. Choose frozen fruits and vegetables, which are available all year round and are rich in important nutrients. Choose whole grain products when possible.
